Brief info

Brooke Edwards is a professional actor, director, producer, and educator, with over 30 years of experience. She has a BA in Theatre Performance from Western Illinois University, a Certificate in Performance Studies from the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, and she holds an MFA in directing, also from Western Illinois University. Her acting credits include film, television, and theatre. She was the co-founder and artistic director of the Kevin Kline Award winning company, Orange Girls, in St. Louis, Mo, and is a two-time Kevin Kline Award winner personally, 2005 for Best Supporting Actress in a Play and 2011 for Best Actress in a Play. Brooke has taught acting, directing, and auditioning at Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis, MO, Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA, North Carolina Wesleyan University in Rocky Mount, NC, and the Imperial Centre for Arts and Sciences, also in Rocky Mount. Brooke is a Beckett enthusiast and is a member of the Samuel Beckett Society. She is also a proud member of SAG/AFTRA. She has performed and directed across the United States and in Jamaica, Ireland, and Denmark. She is the proud mother of Dane, Johnhenry, and Atticus and the adoring wife to Laurent.
