NCT (The North Carolina Theatre) does not offer refunds and all sales are final. All shows, performances, dates, times, and actors are subject to change. The NCT Box Office, Martin Marietta Box Office, nctheatre.com and Ticketmaster.com are the official ticketing providers for NCT. Tickets obtained from other unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit, or invalid due to payment issues and will not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for refunds or assistance if tickets are lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Mobile Tickets: Add Them to Your Phone’s Wallet
Fast & easy access: your tickets can be displayed on your phone’s screen for scanning.
Log in to your account using your smartphone
- At nctheatre.com tap the “My Account” button on the home page.
- Tap “Sign In” at the top right-hand corner of the page
- Sign In as prompted
- If you do not know your password, select “Forgot Password” to receive a one-time code by email to reset your password. When you enter the code sent to your email, you will be able to create a new password.
Save tickets to your phone
- Select your show to view your tickets.
- Select each ticket one at a time. When the ticket shows on the screen, tap “Save to phone” or “Add to Apple Wallet.”
Mobile tickets are encrypted with a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds so they cannot be stolen or copied. Screenshots will not work on any tickets. There are new security features with the most recent iOS update that require a Ticketmaster account to be linked to an Apple ID to add tickets to the wallet. Learn more here.
