We want you to have the best time at our shows, and there is no better way than to be prepared and know before you go. Read the information below to ensure your experience is wonderful.

All audience members will be required to undergo a security screening that includes a metal detector and bag screening when they enter the venue. No bags larger than 12″ x 12″ x 10″ will be allowed in the venue. For more information on safety and security at Martin Marietta Center click here.
Your mobile tickets are encrypted with a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds so they cannot be stolen or copied. Screenshots will not work on any tickets. New security features with the most recent iOS update require a Ticketmaster account to be linked to an Apple ID to add tickets to the wallet. here.
Log in to your account using your smartphone
- At nctheatre.com (or at the top of this page) tap the “My Account” button.
- Tap “Sign In” at the top right-hand corner of the page
- Sign In as prompted
- If you do not know your password, select “Forgot Password” to receive a one-time code by email to reset your password. When you enter the code sent to your email, you will be able to create a new password
Save tickets to your phone
- Select your show to view your tickets.
- Select each ticket one at a time. When the ticket shows on the screen, tap “Save to phone” or “Add to Apple Wallet.”

The NCT Box Office, Martin Marietta Box Office, nctheatre.com and Ticketmaster.com are the official ticketing providers for NCT. Tickets obtained from other unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit, or invalid due to payment issues and will not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for refunds or assistance if tickets are lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Will Call tickets can be picked up starting one hour prior to curtain. Latecomers may be asked to wait before being seated.

Public parking is available in the Performing Arts deck at 128 W. South Street, with entrances off W. Lenoir and W. South Street, in the surface lot directly in front of the venue or in the underground Convention Center Deck, with entrance off Lenoir St. Learn more here.
